Preschool Ministry
“And Jesus kept increasing in wisdom and stature and in favor with God and men.” Luke 2:52
Mission Friends: During the school year, ages 3 – 5 years learn about ways that missionaries share God’s message locally and throughout the world. Mission Friends meets on Wednesday evenings at 6:15 pm.
Preschool Choir: Choir is offered for ages 3 – 5 years. Meeting at 5:00 pm on Wednesdays during the school year, preschoolers learn about Jesus through song and art activities. A program is presented at Christmas and in the spring.
Discipleship Training: Preschoolers enjoy Bible stories, arts and crafts, and play time on Sundays at 5:00 pm during most of the year.
Sunday School: From the “Cradle Roll” through Kindergarten, preschoolers learn about Jesus from caring Sunday School teachers. “Hands on” activities and Bible stories introduce children to God’s truths.
hOUR TIME – is a special extended session time that meets in Room 205 every 1st and 3rd Sunday from 10:50a.m. – 12:00p.m. “Growing into a Life of Faith” is an exciting curriculum designed for our 4 and 5 year old preschoolers. Children will learn relevant Bible teachings and truths with an emphasis placed on life application. High energy worship music, drama, puppets, games, and activity stations are included in the curriculum as well. It is our prayer that each child will understand more about God and will know that Jesus really exists and that He loves them personally.
Other great activities to minister to our families with preschoolers include Mom’s Morning Out and Parents’ Night Out. These events are publicized in the preschool newsletter.
Childcare is available for all services.
